Overview

This service (the “GSC Connector”) is an OAuth proxy that allows the AI Content Writer WordPress plugin to authenticate with Google Search Console without each user needing to set up their own Google Cloud project. We act strictly as a pass-through.

What data we touch

During the OAuth flow we receive a short-lived authorization code from Google and exchange it for an access token and refresh token using our client credentials. These tokens are immediately forwarded to the WordPress site that initiated the flow. We do not collect your name, email, or Google account profile information.

How long we keep it

Zero seconds. The service is stateless. We do not store tokens, codes, site URLs, or any personal data in any database, key-value store, log, or persistent storage. Tokens exist only in memory for the duration of the request that forwards them to your WordPress site.

Scopes we request

We request only webmasters.readonly, which allows read-only access to Google Search Console data. We do not request write permissions or any other Google scopes.

Logs

Server logs record only request paths and outcome status (e.g. success or error reason). They do not contain tokens, authorization codes, query strings with secrets, or full URLs that would expose tokens.

Sharing

We do not share data with third parties. The only outbound calls made by this service are to Google's OAuth endpoints (oauth2.googleapis.com) for token exchange, refresh, and revocation.

Your control

You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page or by disconnecting the integration from within the AI Content Writer plugin in your WordPress admin.
